We cannot provide the specific time of your order’s delivery as it will depend on the prearranged schedule and route of the logistics team.

A:

We can deliver to all serviceable areas. However, there are still some geographical restrictions. If our logistics team are not able to deliver to your area, we will contact you right after you place your order.

For orders within Metro Manila, we deliver within 7 business days once a full payment has been made. For orders outside Metro Manila, we deliver within 12 business days with the exception of some remote areas.

We deliver your order right to your doorstep and assemble the furniture on-site.

A:

You can contact our Customer Care Team at inquires.ashleyfurniture@gmail.com to follow up on your order. We will track your order and make sure it gets delivered at the soonest possible time. For a quicker response, you may opt to speak to an Ashley Furniture representative through our LIVE CHAT service, available daily from 7AM to 10PM.

You will receive an SMS notification once your order is set for delivery. Our logistics team will then inform you via call or SMS once they have arrived at your delivery address.

A:

For international orders, we will endorse you to Ashley Furniture Homestore International.

Yes, your orders may be delivered on a weekend or a holiday. You will receive an SMS notification once your order is in transit. When selecting your shipping address, consider your schedule on upcoming holidays to ensure that you are available at the shipping address upon delivery.

A:

You can inform your authorized representative about your availability to receive the order, or if a representative will be receiving this on your behalf. A representative must present an authorization letter signed by whomever purchased the item, as well as a copy of their valid ID. Your authorized representative should also present a valid ID upon delivery for proof of identity.

Once shipped, your package will be delivered within the next 48 hours, subject to the availability of the assigned courier. You should receive your order within the estimated delivery time provided on the email notification.

We currently do not offer multi-location delivery for the same order. Should you want to have your items delivered to different addresses, we would recommend placing different orders (items to be delivered to the same shipping address should be made in 1 order.

We ship each of your items as soon as they are made available. We encourage you to check on the status of your items with our Order Tracking Tool.

We send one notification when you place an order even if your order includes multiple items. You will also receive one notification per shipment of each item in your order.

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and SMS.

After successful verification (within 24-48 hours after date of purchase), you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

METRO MANILA: 2-3 DAYS
LUZON: 5-7 DAYS
VISAYAS: 5-7 DAYS VIA AIR/ 14-15 DAYS VIA SEA
MINDANAO: 5-7 DAYS VIA AIR/ 14-15 DAYS VIA SEA

If you only received one item among the multiple items that you ordered, your other items are still being fulfilled.

To know if your items will be shipped together or separately, check the estimated delivery time frame provided in your “order being processed ” notification.
